We Grow Food

We Grow Food.   We Grow People.   We Grow Community.

Truly Living Well Center for Natural Urban Agriculture is committed to bringing good food, good health and well-being to Atlanta’s urban community.

Feeding people right where they live is our mission. Our guiding principles are to emulate nature in the production of food, to educate old and young to grow their own food, and to create a welcoming space where people can gather and find harmony with the earth.

CSA stands for Community Supported Agriculture. When you join as a member of our CSA program you’re making a commitment to local agriculture by sharing the risks and rewards of the farming season with us. Each week we’ll prepare a box of seasonal produce grown by farmers. By prepaying for your fresh food, you’re helping us cover the cost of seeds and supplies we need to continue growing. Our CSA members are rewarded with the best we have to offer!

We will transition to our monthly farmer's market in April 2023.

Please join us for our farmer's market featuring organic produce, fresh flowers, local vendors, chef demos, music, farm tours, farm fitness, and children activities.

Ways to get involved at market
Musicians/Artists, Chefs/Cooks, Fitness Enthusiasts, and Community Organizations, are always needed to showcase their talents and provide resources to the community. Email info@trulylivingwell.com to participate.
Come out and enjoy the good vibes!

Classes:

  • Gardening 101- Our classes are designed with you in mind. The combination of instruction and hands-on experience will have growers prepared to tackle their garden space. Each class considers the growing season and provides year-round guidance to maintain or start caring for your garden. Our classes are held on the first Saturday of every month.

  • Urban Grower Boot Camp-You want to learn how to grow food in small spaces, feed your family naturally grown, organic food and build the entrepreneurial skills needed to sell it to your neighbors, the TLW Boot Camp is for you. Trainees can select from our traditional four consecutive weekend program or our weekend intensive Boot Camp. In both programs, participants learn practical urban farming and agriculture techniques.

  • Composting Class-Learn all the components of composting.

One of our student interns stated, "I learned there that, despite being largely unknown, these community farms are quite important to sustaining communities, especially in times when larger industrial farms have issues delivering food to communities."
